Timescales

Please allow 2-5 working days from date of order for monogrammed items (excluding delivery timescales).

Large orders for occasions such as weddings may have a longer lead time, please contact us to discuss in more detail. 

Non-returnable

Please note we do not accept returns, cancellations or amendments on any monogrammed item from the moment the order is placed as they are bespoke items personalised for you. 

How to add monogramming to order

On the product item page type desired initials into 'Enter Here' box under the ‘Monogram Initials’ section, select 'Embroidery Thread Colour' choice from the drop down box, select 'Monogram Positioning' and 'Add To Bag'. The item and monogram details will then be displayed in your shopping bag.

Choose between a diagonal or portrait positioning for the embroidery to suit your table setting and napkin fold.

Font Characters

Initials:
Max 1 initial - Botanical
Max 2 initials - Script, Heritage
All other fonts have a maximum of 3 initials

Name:
Max 10 characters - Classic

- If 3 initials are used the middle letter may be larger for a better visual look.
- Embroidery size may vary slightly between fonts.
- Please note the Heritage letters will be interlocking.
